Sign up to be an Exhibitor at the 2024 Lifestyle Home Show. Please note pending confirmation of this form, you will be required to pay in full to secure your participation. More details will follow once your application is approved. Payment by credit card is preferred and a link will be provided.

  • We are looking for industry experts to provide workshop sessions that are informative, trendy and interactive. If you are interested and have a topic in mind, please share above. We will contact you to discuss opportunities as available.
    This form will be used as a contract between both parties. Contract and payment MUST be received in full to secure booth space. Payment by credit card is preferred. Following review and approval of this form you will be sent a payment link. Contracts without payment in full will not be processed. Cancellation policy: notification must be made in writing to homeshow@lhba.on.ca on or before December 1, 2023 and an administrative fee of 25% of total booth cost +hst will be withheld from refund monies paid. Cancellation after December 1, will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. He/she has read and agrees to the terms on the contract, agrees to abide by the rules and regulations, and gives pre-mission to be added to the LSHS exhibitor newsletter list.
