Booking Policy: Contract and payment MUST be received in full to secure booth space. Payment by credit card is preferred. Following review and approval of this form you will be sent a payment link. Contracts without payment in full will not be processed.

Cancellation policy for paid and confirmed booths: notification must be made in writing to homeshow@lhba.on.ca on or before February 1, 2026 and an administrative fee of 25% of total booth cost +hst will be withheld from refund monies paid. Cancellation after February 1, will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

Exhibitor passes: 2 passes per 10×10 booth.

Moving booths: The LHBA reserves the right to relocate any booth(s) as necessary with no financial compensation.
